One Bedroom Luxury Suites (750 sq ft) include a king bed, separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and private deck with a hot tub. Two Bedroom Luxury Suites (1,100 sq ft) have two private bedrooms, two living areas, and three full bathrooms. Townhomes (1,350 sq ft) feature attached garages, full kitchens, and private hot tubs. All units include Keurig brew stations, flat-screen HDTVs, and plush bathrobes.

The resort does not have an onsite restaurant but is steps from dining options in Newpark Town Center. Nearby restaurants include Bartolo's for Italian cuisine, Red Rock Brewery for craft beer and burgers, and Hearth and Hill for seasonal dishes. The state liquor store is 0.4 miles away at 1612 W Ute Blvd.
